Facebook ads agencies for iGaming
We connect iGaming brands with agencies that buy Meta ads. Brands get a shortlist and a test with clear KPIs; agencies get brands that fit their GEOs and capacity.
P3What Facebook gives an iGaming brand
Facebook remains one of the most scalable acquisition channels — wherever Meta allows gambling ads and the brand holds authorization.
Scale
Large audiences in permitted GEOs and the ability to ramp up volume quickly once a winning setup is found.
Testing speed
Creatives, audiences and landing pages get tested in days, not months — which matters when entering a new GEO.
Targeting
Geo, language, interests and 18+ age restrictions — in line with Meta’s rules and local law.
iGaming ads on Meta: what you need to know
Meta allows online gambling ads only from advertisers that have received authorization. To get it, you need to confirm a regulator’s license or show that your operations are legal in the target territory. Ads can’t be shown to people under 18, and in some countries this kind of advertising isn’t supported at all.
Complying with local law is the advertiser’s responsibility. So before launch, the brand and the agency need to agree whose ad account runs the campaigns, who applies for authorization and who is responsible for the creatives.
For what to check before launch, see our article “iGaming ad compliance checklist”.
- Vertical and GEO experience — Casino or Sportsbook, specific countries.
- Working with Meta authorization — how the agency runs ads legitimately.
- Creative process — who makes the creatives and how fast hypotheses get tested.
- Reporting — registrations, FTDs, repeat deposits, cohorts.
- Asset ownership — ad accounts, pixels and data once the work ends.
- Traffic quality — hold, multi-accounting, bonus hunting.
How Facebook agencies get paid
The model shapes what the agency optimizes for. Choose it deliberately and pin down the definitions in the contract.
| Model | How it works | When it fits | What to watch |
|---|---|---|---|
| CPA | A fixed payment per first-time depositor or qualified player | Fast start, predictable budget, testing a new agency | Baseline, qualification criteria, hold |
| RevShare | A percentage of the brand’s revenue from referred players | Long-term partnership, confidence in traffic quality | NGR formula, negative carryover, term |
| Hybrid | A reduced CPA plus a smaller RevShare percentage | Balanced risk for both sides | Both parts of the deal and how they get reviewed |
| Management fee | You pay for the agency’s work; the ad budget is separate | The brand wants control over the budget and the ad account | Scope of work, KPIs, reporting |
A detailed breakdown with illustrative calculations is in our article “CPA vs RevShare vs Hybrid”.

Questions about Facebook traffic
Can you advertise iGaming on Facebook?
Yes, but only with Meta’s authorization: the advertiser applies, proves a license or that the activity is lawful in the target territory, ads can’t be shown to people under 18, and some countries don’t support such ads at all. See Meta’s official gambling ads policy for details.
Who owns the ad account and the data?
Settle this before launch. Good practice: the brand knows which account runs the ads, who owns the pixel and data, and what happens to them after the partnership ends.
What payment models do Facebook agencies use?
CPA per first-time depositor (FTD) or qualified player, RevShare, hybrid, and fees for managing the ad budget. How to choose is covered in our CPA vs RevShare vs Hybrid guide.
How big should a test budget be?
It depends on the GEO, vertical and payment model. The logic is simple: it must be enough to collect data on player quality, not just registrations.
