General questions

What does Avero do?

We are an outsourced sales team in iGaming. We find clients among brands and operators for Facebook and influencer agencies, and we match brands with the right agency for their goal. We run negotiations and stay involved after the partnership starts.

Which traffic sources do you cover?

Our focus is Facebook (Meta ads) and influencer marketing: streams, video integrations, Telegram channels and short video. If your goal is in another channel, message us — we’ll be honest about whether we can help.

How does it start?

With a short brief and a 30-minute call. We go through your sources, GEOs, verticals and payment models — or, if you’re a brand, your goal and constraints. Then we suggest the next step or tell you honestly that we’re not a fit.

How much do you charge?

The model and fee depend on the task and which side of the deal you’re on; we discuss them on the first call. The intro call and initial review are free of any obligation.

Do you work under NDA?

Yes. Case studies, deal terms and contacts never leave the negotiation. If needed, we sign an NDA before you share any materials.

Which agencies do you take on?

Facebook and influencer agencies with iGaming experience that can show case studies (anonymised is fine), know their GEOs and verticals, and are ready to take on a new client soon.

How do you find brands for an agency?

First we package the agency: GEOs, sources, capacity, payment models, case studies. Then we build a list of brands you genuinely fit and reach the people who make traffic-buying decisions. No mass cold outreach.

Do you negotiate on our behalf?

We prepare and lead the first contacts and help agree the payment model, rate, cap, hold and test terms. You always approve the final terms and sign directly with the brand.

Will you sell our competitors at the same time?

We agree conflict-of-interest rules up front. We never pitch two agencies in the same deal and never show your case studies or terms to other agencies.

How soon will we get the first meetings?

It depends on your positioning, GEOs and season. We give a timeline after the first call — once it’s clear who to pitch you to and with what.

Why use a middleman if agencies reach out anyway?

Agencies pitch everyone, and their promises are hard to verify. We bring a shortlist matched to your GEO, vertical and payment model, ask the awkward questions before launch and help you run a test with clear KPIs.

How do you vet agencies?

We look at experience in your vertical and GEO, case studies and their context, team and capacity, compliance with platform rules, reporting format and attitude to traffic quality. More in our guide to choosing a Facebook agency.

Can we start with a test?

Yes — we recommend it: a limited budget or cap, KPIs agreed in advance, a fixed timeframe and traffic-quality rules. After the test you decide whether to scale.

Do you work with licensed brands?

Our baseline is that advertising must be legal in the target GEO and comply with platform rules. Licensing and advertising restrictions are discussed at the start.

Can you advertise iGaming on Facebook?

Yes, but only with Meta’s authorization: the advertiser applies, proves a license or that the activity is lawful in the target territory, ads can’t be shown to people under 18, and some countries don’t support such ads at all. See Meta’s official gambling ads policy for details.

Who owns the ad account and the data?

Settle this before launch. Good practice: the brand knows which account runs the ads, who owns the pixel and data, and what happens to them after the partnership ends.

What payment models do Facebook agencies use?

CPA per first-time depositor (FTD) or qualified player, RevShare, hybrid, and fees for managing the ad budget. How to choose is covered in our CPA vs RevShare vs Hybrid guide.

How big should a test budget be?

It depends on the GEO, vertical and payment model. The logic is simple: it must be enough to collect data on player quality, not just registrations.

What influencer formats exist in iGaming?

Streams, YouTube video integrations, Telegram channel posts and reviews, short video, and long-term ambassador deals. The format depends on the GEO, the audience and the rules of the specific platform.

How do you pay influencers?

A flat fee per integration, CPA, RevShare or hybrid — a fee plus performance pay. Hybrid is common for first tests: the creator gets a guarantee, the brand ties payment to results.

How do you tell a real audience from inflated numbers?

We check view and follower dynamics, engagement, comments, audience GEO and age from platform analytics, and results of past integrations. More in our article on traffic quality.

How do you measure an integration?

Personal promo codes and links, sub-IDs, dedicated landing pages and agreed reporting from the brand. All of this must be agreed before the integration goes live.

Casino & betting

Casino →Betting →
How is casino traffic different from betting?

Casino has flatter seasonality and longer player lifetime, so RevShare and hybrid deals are more common and player quality is judged over months. Betting is driven by the sports calendar and major tournaments.

Which sources work for online casinos?

Our focus is Facebook in countries where Meta allows such ads, and influencer marketing: streams, YouTube, Telegram. The choice depends on the GEO, license and platform rules.

What KPIs should an agency have?

Beyond cost per FTD: registration-to-deposit conversion, repeat deposits, retention and cohort revenue. Details in our article on agency reporting.

When is the best time to launch betting traffic?

Plan around the sports calendar: season starts, major tournaments and championships. Run the test early so you know which setups work before the peak.

Which payment models are common in betting?

CPA per FTD, RevShare and hybrid. For big tournaments, increased caps are often negotiated — build that into the terms in advance.

Do influencers work for betting?

Yes — sports creators and streamers bring awareness and trust. Check that the audience is 18+, its GEO matches the brand’s license, and the ad is disclosed per the platform’s and country’s rules.
